Sarel Roux, a former Advocate of the High Court of South Africa, was admitted and enrolled as an attorney in 1999, with the right of appearance in the High Court under Section 4(2) of Act 62 of 1995. He served as a Director at Botha Farrell Incorporated for six years before founding S Roux Incorporated. Sarel has extensive experience in Commercial Law, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements, Commercial litigation, Civil litigation, Family Law, and Insolvency administration and litigation. Sarel also completed a course in Foundations of Public Private Partnerships by the National Treasury.

Ronel efficiently manages the office administration and finances, ensuring smooth operations without sacrificing the healthy and positive working environment that sets our firm apart. In addition, she brings extensive experience in managing a VAF litigation department for one of the major banks and various debt collection matters. Ronel also hold certificates for Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT), Conduct for Independent Service Providers and Data Privacy.
